Shipping policy
1. Transit Time
In general, shipments are in transit for 1-4 working days depending on the service used:
- Standard shipping uses Royal Mail 48, Yodel Direct or Evri which usually deliver 2-4 working days from dispatch.
- Express shipping uses Royal Mail 24, Evri Next Day, DHL, UPS or DPD which usually deliver 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Tracking info will be available after dispatch in your order history (No tracked service for Royal Mail).
2. Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, the dispatch time will increase, please refer to section 4 for more details.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
3. Change of Delivery Address
For "change of delivery address" requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Requests can be made via email.
4. Items Out of Stock
We will first contact you via email/phone. We can issue a refund for the unavailable items or we can dispatch them when they are back in stock.
5. Delivery Time Exceeded
Delays are always possible, regardless of when we dispatch the item as this depends on the courier. If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can investigate. We always do our best to fulfil orders as soon as possible and minimise delays.
6. Parcels damaged in Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with us to let us know. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us for the next steps.
7. Local Pickup
Pickup instructions:
- Bring your confirmation/pickup email for order verification.
- Pickup is available 9AM-6PM Mon-Fri.
