Skip to the "External Purchases" section below if any of the following applies to you:
- You purchased from another platform (eBay, Amazon).
- You purchased from a masjid/shop.
- You're a masjid/distributor/reseller.
- You purchased directly from this website but have exceeded the 30 day return window.
If none of the above points apply to you, follow the steps in section A below.
A) Online Purchases
- Log in to your account:
a) Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or you can click here.
b) In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
c) Check your inbox for an email sent from us and copy the six-digit code.
d) Go back to the online store, enter the code, then click Submit. - Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for us with any additional details.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved, you'll receive an email. Follow the steps in the email to get your parcel to us quickly and safely.
B) External Purchases
- Print our Returns Form here, fill as accurately as you can and enclose it within your parcel - the more detail you provide, the quicker your return is processed.
- Item(s) should be in original condition, including all accessories, and in original packaging (or additional packaging if needed), to ensure safe delivery.
- If you're local and wish to Drop Off the return in person, ignore the steps below and take your item(s) and Returns Form, as prepared in the previous steps, and drop off to the Return Address below. If you'd like to post your return, move on to the next step.
- Print your shipping label, using the return address below, and attach it to the package - cover or remove any old shipping labels (you will need to purchase your own shipping label if you didn't buy directly from this website or you have exceeded 30 days from the purchase date).
- If a collection has been arranged for your return, check your email for confirmation details. Please also ensure the courier can access your property easily and that somebody is present to accept the collection.
- Keep your postage receipt until we confirm your parcel has arrived.
- We will get in touch after processing and inspecting the returned item(s).
