Hood for MotionProtect Outdoor reduces anti-masking false alarms from rain and snow

Each time the detector is set into the SmartBracket mount, the anti-masking system calibrates itself. If the field of view of anti-masking sensors is blocked by an object or spray paint, MotionProtect Outdoor triggers an alarm.

Besides intruders, rain/snow can interfere with the regular operation of the detector. It may stick to anti-masking sensors, block their field of view, and cause a false alarm. Hood protects MotionProtect Outdoor during these environmental conditions.
