Refund policy
We will happily accept all returns. Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or with missing accessories will not be eligible for a full refund. Returns are free within 30 days of the purchase date (for online purchases from this website only). Return shipping is covered by the buyer/sender for purchases made outside of this website (see section C) or returns initiated after the 30-day window. (A) Discretionary Returns
- We will happily accept all discretionary returns (no longer needed, changed mind, not as expected) that are received by us in original packaging and with no signs of use. Items with signs of use or damage are not eligible for a full refund.
- Returns are free within 30 days of the purchase date. A shipping label or QR code will be attached to your return approval email (for online purchases from this website only).
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date will not be free. The buyer/sender will need to purchase the return shipping label.
- We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (see section C if you purchased from another seller). You will be notified once this has been completed via email.

(B) Return Due to Faulty/Defective Item
- We will happily accept returns due to a faulty/defective item.
- Returns are free within 30 days of the purchase date. A shipping label or QR code will be attached to your return approval email (for online purchases from this website only).
- Returns initiated after 30 days from the purchase date will not be free. The buyer/sender will need to purchase the return shipping label.
- We will process your return within 10 working days of receiving the returned item(s).
- If confirmed as faulty, we can either:
(i) Issue a full refund to your original payment method (see section C if you purchased from another seller); or
(ii) Repair and return the original item(s) to you. If a repair isn't feasible, a replacement item will be sent to you (if and when stock is available).
- Repairs and part replacements are free within the item warranty period. Out-of-warranty returns that require repairs or replacement parts will be subject to a repair fee.
- Tampering with your item or disassembling it in any way immediately voids the warranty.
- The warranty does not cover accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to, damage due to dropping, spillages, failure to take reasonable care etc.
- If the item is found to be in working order and not faulty/defective, we can either:
(i) Issue a refund (subject to point A(1)) to your original payment method, (see section C if you purchased from another seller); or
(ii) Return the item(s) to you.
- Items not returned in a resalable condition will not be eligible for a full refund.
- See section E below to request a return.
(C) Returns from External Purchases
- Items we manufacture (e.g. Mosque Receivers) that are originally purchased outside of this website or from another seller (Amazon, eBay, masjid or shop) can be returned to us. We can:
(i) Repair/replace the item, if required, and return it to you, as per points B(4)(ii), B(6) and B(8)(ii).
(ii) We cannot issue refunds for items purchased elsewhere (outside of this website). - If a refund is required, do not send your item to us. You will need to return it to the original seller who will issue the refund.
- Return shipping will not be reimbursed.

(D) Distributors/Resellers
- If you are a local distributor/reseller (based in the UK), you can:
(i) Advise customers to return to us directly if you would like to avoid handling customer returns.
(ii) Return the item(s) to us on the customer's behalf, as per sections A or B.
(iii) Exchange the customer's item immediately and send the returned item to us as per sections A or B. - If you are an international distributor/reseller (based outside the UK), you can:
(i) Return the item(s) to us on the customer's behalf, as per sections A or B.
(ii) Exchange the customer's item immediately and send the returned item to us as per sections A or B. - If exchanging an item, you are STRONGLY ADVISED to exchange ONLY the device (without box/accessories) for faulty items - failing to do this can potentially affect the item's future resale value as returned items tend to have worn packaging, missing accessories etc.
