Refund policy

We will happily accept all returns. Items not returned in their original condition, damaged, or with missing accessories will not be eligible for a full refund. Return shipping is initially at the buyer's expense and then reimbursed only after the fault is confirmed by us and if the return was initiated within 30 days from the purchase date. Return shipping will not be reimbursed for purchases made outside of this website (see section C) or returns initiated after the 30-day window. Read on for more detailed terms or start your return now by clicking the link below in Section E.

(A)  Discretionary Returns

  1. We will happily accept all returns within 30 days of purchase that are returned to us in original packaging and unused. Items with signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a full refund.
  2. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be issued to the original payment method (see section C if you purchased from another seller). You will be notified once this has been completed via email.

    (B)  Return Due to Faulty/Defective Item

    1. We will happily accept returns due to a faulty/defective item.
    2. Customers will be required to cover the return shipping initially.
    3. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), you can expect us to process your return within 10 working days.
    4. If confirmed as faulty, we can either:
      (i)   Issue a full refund to your original payment method (see section C if you purchased from another seller); or
      (ii)  Repair and return the original item(s) to you. If a repair isn't feasible, a replacement item will be sent to you (if and when stock is available).
      (iii) Return shipping will be refunded to the original payment method (at the standard rate) if the return was initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
    5. Repairs and part replacements are free within the item warranty period. Out-of-warranty returns that require repairs or replacement parts will be subject to a repair fee.
    6. Tampering with your item or disassembling it in any way will immediately void the warranty.
    7. The warranty does not cover accidental damage. This includes, but is not limited to, damage due to dropping, spillages, failure to take reasonable care etc.
    8. If the item is found to be in working order and not faulty/defective, we can either:
      (i)   Issue a refund to your original payment method (see section C if you purchased from another seller); or
      (ii)  Return the item(s) to you.
      (iii) Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
    9. Items not returned in a resalable condition will not be eligible for a full refund.

      (C)  Returns from External Purchases

      1. Items we manufacture that are originally purchased outside of this website (Amazon, eBay etc) or from another seller (shop or mosque) can be returned to us. We can:
        (i) Repair/replace the item, if required, and return it to you, as per points B(4)(ii) and B(8)(ii).
        (ii) We cannot issue refunds if you purchased elsewhere.
      2. If a refund is required, do not send your item to us. You will need to return it to the original seller who will issue the refund.
      3. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
      4. See section E below to request a return.

        (D)  Distributors/Resellers

        1. If you are a local distributor/reseller (based in the UK), you can:
          (i)   Advise customers to return to us directly if you would like to avoid handling customer returns.
          (ii)  Return the item(s) to us on the customer's behalf, as per sections A or B.
          (iii) Exchange the customer's item immediately and send the returned item to us as per sections A or B.
        2. If you are an international distributor/reseller (based outside the UK), you can:
          (i)  Return the item(s) to us on the customer's behalf, as per sections A or B.
          (ii)  Exchange the customer's item immediately and send the returned item to us as per sections A or B.
        3. If exchanging an item, you are STRONGLY ADVISED to exchange ONLY the device (without box/accessories) for faulty items - failing to do this can potentially affect the item's future resale value as returned items tend to have worn packaging, missing accessories etc.
